2. Absolutely...
Everything about him is irritating. His voice is particularly so. He ties Joe Lieberman (who sounds as if he's belching when he speaks) in having the worst voice of a politician ever.

Everything that oozes from every pore and orifice of * is annoying to me.

12. It's not so irritating if you listen to it as haiku.
He can't say a complete sentence without pausing in some weird places, which makes sense if he can't say a complete sentence without prompting via his electronic ear thingy.

11. I love the "NAH-nuh-NAH-nuh-NAAAH-NAH" tone he gets.
or
"I know you are, but what am I?"
"Who asked you anyway?!"
"Oh yeah? You and who's army?"

and last, but not least. . . .

"Oh yeah? Well, I'm going to go tell my mommy!"

An intellectual giant, ain't he?

13. As a Texan, I DESPISED the idea that he sounds like one of us. The
Texas males I knew and grew up with had deep, rich melodious voices and were warm and mature, not shrill and metallic sounding. I want to scream every time I hear that tinny little bug sound that *bush makes.

Now THERE'S a Texas voice...

You guys should have heard Kerry yesterday in Philadelphia. Sounds like a mature, responsible adult. Wouldn't that be nice!

15. is the world round?
is the Pope Catholic? How do I hate George Bush... let me count the ways... but you asked about his voice:

His voice is absolutely aggravating, to say the least; the over exaggerated Texas drawl, the mispronunciation of words, the hesitations and, the newest annoyance, his mush mouthiness that sounds like he has a slipping denture plate, a la "shoshcial shecurity".

25. Bush's voice
I cannot stand to listen to this man -- the fake Texas accent, the bullshit he spouts, and the way he butchers the english language drives me nuts. Anytime I see him on tv or hear him on the radio, I have to change the station immediately.

26. YES
As has been said before, it's like nails scratching a chalkboard. If I might make an addendum, it's like nails scratching a chalkboard, in HELL!

Also, it's not a real Texan voice. It's a spoiled-brat-imitating-a-cowboy-because-his-policy-adviser-told-him-it-sells-in-Middle-America voice.
