what would/should you do if you came across this RNC"dead letter" e-mail?

should i mail it to the DNC along with the @ of where it can be seen?

1. I'd find me somebody who really understands campiagn finance law
and see if they were feeling patriotic enough to do a little charity work on behalf of the people.

See if you can get some of that campaign literature. If they are still breaking the rules, then this email is code to get them to keep doing it. If they've cleaned up their act, then there is no conspiracy - sometimes locals break rules because they are ignorant of the rules. Anyway, that's my opinion. I could be wrong.
