Limbaugh... demoralized and using profanity today! Said Goddamn and Kerry

in the same sentence in the first hour of the program. I was riding in my car today on an errand and decided to tune in... Never heard Rush use the big GD before while referring to Kerry. He said Damn also multiple times. As my kids were in the car with me, I had to turn the show off because of all the obscenities!

After calling the radio station to complain I got a call back from the station manager. He said he was familiar with this and was "concerned enough" to relay my concern back to the Rush's affiliate program.

Is it worth complaining to the FCC?

PS. AirAmerica is not on in my area quite yet :o

Most of the time its unbearable and I can't stand to listen. Of course I don't listen to him three hours every day! Yes I stream Air America.

Even thats not good enough I'm afraid. For folks like me who travel alot we need a way to download (iPod friendly) individual shows but that is a different issue altogether. :)

less "angry" compared to Savage, O'Reill, Hannity (moving down the anger scale).

He tries to come off as the smarter than everyone conservative who is chortling with bemusement at the antics of those crazy liberal wackos.

So for him to be actually angry, or ratcheting up the "anger index" in his performance, shows some desperation and frustration with the way things are going.

They'd like to be able to call the race for shrubbie before election day, but it's clear that even the most shamless RW spinning can't deliver that propaganda point right now.
