"My opponent has no plan, no vision, just a long list of complaints. But a Monday morning quarterback has never led any team to victory," Bush said.

1. And if you just fell off the apple truck, you might believe Bush |
|
But if not, you know Kerry's plans are more than just complaints. By the way, what does happen when the quarterback screws up a game royally?

7. Bush is a jock-sniffing L-O-S-E-R. |
|
If he tried to play QB in the NFL, they would have cut him after 1/2 day in training camp. This is assuming he comes to camp as a free agent, 'cause no one who'd seen game films of him would even consider drafting him for a team.
He can't change audibles in the middle of a play, stays in the pocket and refuses to scramble, can't make up plays on the spot, etc.

10. "He can't change audibles in the middle of a play..." |

I don't understand football enough even to know what that means, but it sure sounds like a great analogy!! :hi:

12. If your opposing team's defense has caught on to what you're |
|
trying to do, sometimes you have to change your plan in the middle of a play and dump the ball to another runner/receiver, or scramble yourself for yardage. Bush can't do that - once he calls a play, he doesn't change it as circumstances dictate.

4. Believe it or not I think most people are actually SICK of the stupid-ass |
|
one liner talking points! Hardly seems possible, but it has actually been overused by Roveco! The debates actually showed up the hollowness of the Bush approach vs. Kerry. (Although Kerry, and all politicians, use slogans and talking points too, he is not nearly as completely reliant on them...)
