Dems are outnumbering Repub early voters in my county....... |
I was at my local gators for kerry meeting and our local campaign coodinator said that so far in our county 3800 dems had already voted and only 800 repubs. Good news for this swing state.

1. How Does That Information Become Available? |
I've seen similar reports from other counties. At my polling places, they just cross off my name on a paper printout. Do the polling stations collect daily data based on party registration? How do they make it available?

2. Depends upon the state, county and local party info |
The Dem Campaign has party affiliation info and expectations. You simply merge that with the list of people who voted which is available from the county, usually. We are seeing the same trend in TX.
