Is It Too Ballsy For Kerry To Speculate On Cabinet Positions Now?
Edited on Tue Oct-26-04 08:57 PM by demwing2
I think it would be a sign of strength, a show that Kerry is thinking ahead, inspire confidence, relieve some jitters, and add a few votes if the choices were well placed.

What say y'all?

4. Stupid?
Thats Harsh!

Cocky, ok, I can accept that.

But damn, its a week before the election. What the hell is stupid about talking about what you would do if you were elected?

The candidates have been doing it ALL DAMN YEAR!

Seriously, what is the difference between discussing how you might fill your cabinet and how you would propose domestic and national security spending programs?

Answer me that, dont just dismiss it as stupid.

3. I heard a rumor the other day
About Kerry's possible choice for the Secretary of Education.

Let's just say she's the Paige antidote. :)

6. Maybe just leak a couple of names
and then say he doesn't know where those rumors are coming from when he is asked about it.

7. For Kerry - yes, for us, we do it daily
Sec of State - Holbrooke, but if rumors are true that he wants NSA, then I say Wes Clark or Bill Clinton

Sec of Defense - possibly a Republican - Warner, McCain or Powell

Atty General - Spitzer, if he wants it.

DNC head - Howard Dean

NSA - Holbrooke, Rand Beers or Bob Graham

Homeland Security - Graham
