Why does * continue to campaign in PA?

All recent polls show Kerry ahead in PA, and the lead growing. With all the inconsistency we're seeing in polls, the fact that NOT EVEN ONE shows the chimp tied or ahead is very reassuring. Why does the chimp keep going back? Does he have internals that show otherwise? He's making another appearance today...

I think it's good news he's wasting time, energy and money in a lost battle, but I keep wandering why so many visits to PA and so few to OH...

1. I live in York. Within a 45 minute ride this week, all of the following
have or will visit:

Tonight, Howard Dean in Gettysburg, Joe Lieberman in York, Bush comes in to Lancaster. Heinz-Kerry in Harrisburg (today I think),
Elizabeth Edwards in Lancaster yesterday.
I've probably forgotten someone.

8. Lieberman appeals to the more
Moderate Democrats. And no, he is not a Bush supporter. Check his voting record.

7. Projecting confidence.
No joke, he campaigned in California late in 2000.

He did the same in Jersey this year, I'm sure he'll make a few visits to stupid states. It's Rovian stupidity.

There was a story here that his numbers actually went DOWN every time he came to OH.
