Tom Delay is afraid-he is running attack ad against Morrison
One of Richard Morrison's biggest problems is lack of name recognition in the district. Tom Delay is helping solve this problem by running negative attack ads against Morrison with a decent picture of Morrison.

The Delay attack ad against Richard Morrison is weak and accuses Richard Morrison of supporting Senator Kerry's foreign policy. In addition the ad attacks Richard Morrison for being supported by Howard Dean and Michael Moore.

The fact that Delay is helping Richard Morrison's name recognition is funny. The attack ad is geared to the conservative base. Since Texas is a locked for Bush, there has not been a large GOP get out the vote drive that I have been able to detect. With some name recognition, Morrison may have a chance.

1. Tom DeLay is a rabid scum weasel with beady red eyes.
I just hope Morrison has had his shots. DeLay can not be factored out - but he is in serious serious trouble. I would LOVE to see him lose.

4. LOL !
Well, we have a Texas tradition of being respectful, friendly folk.
It would not do to act otherwise.

We aint got no call to be hasty in callin' in the law in these parts.

After due process, well that is a different matter. The posse will git DeLay and round up his gang - n' his amigos can clear off our spread.

What is up with Gov Ryan these days ?

3. Phil Crane Is Doing The Same Here
First the RNCC came in and has been running some real lame ads that use the standard GOOP memes of our candidate, Melissa Bean, being a tax & spend liberal (even though she's voted on tax issues) and her "living outside the district" (by 500 feet conveniently gerrymandered by the GOOP just for this purpose).

But it's backfiring bigtime...it's opened up a lot of eyes in the entire Chicago area to what's happening here and we're seeing a lot of media coverage that's been investigating Mr. Crane's history (including his alcoholism) and how he is Alan Keyes neighbor in the beltway. It's gained a lot of sympathy for our candidate and even embarassed the local GOOP even further.

I've sent Mr. Morrison's campaign several donations and I know how difficult a fight he's had, but surely the pest exterminator didn't expect the campaign to be as tough as it has. BTW...was there ever a video of the debate he showed up at?

The good thing is there are grand juries and prosecutors looking at indictments with his name written all over it...he might win this battle but he's got his kharma train ride coming.

Cheers!
