Many people do not vote because they are intimidated by the process....
I truly believe this to be true. I have personally known people that felt like it was too difficult and they could not understand how to do it and would be embarrassed if they tried. They do not want to admit that they are intimidated by such a simple task, but I believe that to be true in many cases. They need to be shown how simple it is and how easy it is to vote. This may not be a majority of the non-voters but, in my opinion, it is a significant number.

1. I agree.
This is where our education system has failed us. Civics is not being taught, taught effectively, or there are loopholes to get out of that class. In addition, there are states, such as FL that are determined to intimidate the voter. Someone just posted that the ballot was 19 pages long. I just can't imagine having to wade through that many details in a timely manner.

Some people are saying they will not vote if the situation is not corrected. Simple as that.

Is the Delray Beach police working in tandem with Jeb Bush and the house of bush to intimidate, manipulate, voter turn out?

6. Sounds like collusion to me.
I'd refuse to pay the ticket.

I'm sorry, you may have a point, but I find that so hard to believe. How friggin hard can it be to press a button, even to the most bureaucracy-phobic imagination?

I could come up with a dozen things off the top of my head that people do every day that are much harder. For one thing, driving is far more difficult; and, if you drive through downtown Louisville every morning and night as I tend to, far more likely to be fatal.

4. Why would you even say this?
It reinforces a negative. People are stronger than that. Tell them to watch Mosh.

5. That's why I bring my kids in the booth with me
I'll be damned if they'll grow up in my house and not know how to vote!
