<ROCHESTER — Former senator and presidential candidate Bill Bradley campaigned for John Kerry in the city Tuesday, criticizing President Bush for failing to secure explosive materials in Iraq.
Bradley said he and any other concerned individuals should demand to know who was responsible for the oversight, who knew about it, and when they knew about it.
Bradley addressed the changing nature of terrorism over the past years, likening today’s terrorists to "the Kentucky Fried Chicken of terror."
Today’s terrorist cells are spread out in small bands across multiple locations, instead of one large group all in one place.
"The terrorist threat we face today is not Hitler on the border of Poland. It’s like a Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise," said Bradley.
Bradley campaigned for Kerry earlier in the day in Concord.>
