Great news from the election front lines!
From a DNC operative - He works with the Secret Service, planning strategies for big events when Kerry and Edwards come to Madison and Milwaukee for big outdoor speeches. He also has been traveling all over the state, shadowing Cheney a lot, organizing protesters.

Wisconsin is positively going to Kerry (10 electoral votes), and might very well be the state that gives him the election. Pennsylvania is solidly for Kerry now, too. Only
swing state still in question is Florida, and Ohio still very close, but leaning to Kerry. Kerry can lose Ohio and Florida and still win. The young vote is going to carry the day, with an absolutely HUGE turnout expected for ages 18-25, the most in history, with 83% of this demographic going to Kerry. HUGE!!

The Republicans are scared shitless. They are actively trying to DISCOURAGE voter turnout in the swing states, because they know that the bulk of new voter registration is overwhelmingly going to Kerry. He said that they actually caught Republicans lying to new potential voters and telling them that it was too late to register, and/or too late to cast an absentee ballot (wrong on both counts).

Four years ago, in Wisconsin, Al Gore had 15 paid professionals running that state. Now, there are 265! The Democrats are well aware of the tactics the Republicans are using, and the Dems have an army of lawyers and a fleet of jets privately chartered all around the country ready to fly in at a moment's notice, on election day, to any locale where there is questionable activity by Republicans, e.g. Florida-type horseshit.

3. Thank you for that! It's great to hear.
I know what the outcome of this election will be, but that doesn't make these next six days go any faster. **sigh**

4. Good news. Kerry needs Ohio, New Mexico, and either Wisconsin or Iowa
and he's the president. Not even Brother Jeb's thugs can prevent it.

12. Without a doubt, many more voters will go to the polls to vote for Kerry
in Florida. It's just a matter of how far Brother Jeb's gang of thugs will go to undo the decisive beating Kerry's going to lay on george in Florida.

I was referring to the states we'll need if the election is close. But I don't think it will be. Kerry will win Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, NM, Arkansas, Iowa, and Wisconsin.

Kerry in a Landslide. Six more days.

18. Actually, they can't be scared shitless
because they have an endless, almost cosmic supply of shit that, left unchecked, would cover the earth and doom us all to death by doo-doo.

14. Kerry is leading in New Hampshire by nine points
according to the last Franklin Pierce poll. Suffolk's poll had Kerry's lead at six.

15. It's a percentage game
What percentage do we think the pukes will disenfranchise in Florida & Ohio? 2%-3%? 5%? 8%? Whatever the number, this is the margin that Kerry needs to overcome. If they can only successfully supress 1-3% and Kerry wins both Ohio & Florida by 3.5%, we win. I doubt they could succeed in supressing 5% or more. Any thoughts?
