2. It's wrong. He shouldn't have done it.

Reminds me of the story of Bush supporters trying to run people with Kerry stickers off the road.

I've been given the finger quite a number of times (I have 2 Kerry Edwards stickers and a bunch of other politcal stickers). I just smile and wave. Then as they get more frustrated, it makes my day, knowing that I helped them fail in their intentions.

We should focus on winning elections.

4. I know it's wrong
I know he shouldn't have done it. But I can't help but laugh at it. Mainly because he didn't hit her.

5. Well, what should the current admin expect?
They showed everybody that "Shock and Awe" is an acceptable method of intimidation, so it only figures that people would start to think it should be okay to terrorize others when they disagree with them.

For the record, I find it neither funny nor acceptable myself. And based on the definition of the word, it could be considered an act of terrorism. But I'm certainly not surprised by it.

13. In other words, he was attempting a "preemptive strike"?
Was there clear and present danger? Did she possess weapons of mass deception?

Probably best to take her out, in any case. We can call it Operation Florida Freedom.

Yes, the administration's actions can be used as a template in a multitude of ways. What a stellar example they've set for us all.

8. How can it be agrivated assault if he didn't hit them?
Wouldn't reckless endangerment be more appropriate?

9. Assault
Assault is putting someone in apprehension of harm. Battery is the actual harming of a person.

10. It is assault if it is a clear threat with a dangerous weapon (car).
Swerving at someone with a car is the equivalent of pointing a loaded gun at them. It is assault.

Not funny. Get her out of office the right way, not by trying to kill her.

15. What a shame
that he missed, and I'm NOT joking. The woman is a menace to democracy as she proved in the 2000 elections, and she's a traitor to this country.

16. They're calling this a crime?
There's something seriously wrong with our system if you can't legally plow over Katherine Harris with your car. These people would probably charge Dorothy with something for melting the Wicked Witch.
