Martial Law after Shrub loses?
I've never seen anyone that was so in love with power, and so willing to go to any lengths to hold onto it as Bushco and the Neocons.

These people honestly believe that they have some sort of divine right to the Presidency.

So the question is, what will Bushco do after they lose on November 2?

I don't think martial law is out of the question.

3. Martial law? With what troops?
Honestly, this thought actually comforts me -- with all our forces stuck in Iraq, there probably aren't enough left at home to pull off a military coup.

4. What are you thinking about exactly?
Maybe a "immediate terrorist threat" that requires complete lock down until the threat can be eliminated? I can see the American people falling for it...because all he will need to do is persuade a small percent of those who voted against him...and with so many undecided I don't think it would be out of the question.

7. Just because he'll be gone doesn't mean....................
they will be gone. It's a fact that many of the fascist have already been placed in bureaucratic positions throughout the government. I'm afraid it's going to be a long time before they are weeded out. In the short term they are capable of a lot of damage.
