Then they tried to blame it on being in to many states. How the f'ck do you get Iowa confused with Ohio?

8. I think they are dipsticks, but I can't fault them for this one.
Do you realize how hard it is whwen you visit several states each day? The media even tried to catch Edwards on this one last week. He knew what state he was in, but when they asked him what was the name of the motel he stayed in last night, he was at a loss.

The twins are not too brilliant, but don't hammer them for this.

12. And to add
When we went on our big trip this summer (nine Western states in two weeks, total of 6000 miles), sometimes I would ask "Are we in Wyoming?" I truly didn't know.

BUT I usually didn't know because someone had been driving for hours and I was in the back asleep.

Also, if I were campaigning for my dad and about to go on TV to talk about stuff, I'd DAMN sure say to someone near me "HEY! Am I in Iowa or Ohio???" before I went on.

So nope. She doesn't get off the hook that easily.

15. The Kerry daughters admitted to Larry King
the other night that they, too, sometimes lose track of what state they're in. The Bush twins are ditzy but this is a bit of a stretch, gang!

21. They need to do what we did in the '80's
When I toured the country with a rock band, we put a sheet of paper with the city name on the floor of the stage. Oh, I forgot, shrubs don't read.
