Where is paper trail on guarding all these Weapons in Iraq???

You mean to tell me that the leadership in the Pentagon and the Army didn't have orders ON PAPER to guard these places? I would think it would be extremely easy to find the orders handed down as to what was the PLAN??? How come no one in a leadership roll has provided this paper trail?

Are their any Military people here that can explain if I am missing something here? I just cant believe they all just went in with orders by word of mouth as to what everyone was suppose to do with these sites. This seems absolutely far fetched to me??
