Ever get the idea that the Repug internals are really bad |
|
Edited on Wed Oct-27-04 09:18 PM by Doosh
I just get that sense from watching Bush on the campaign trail, watching the campaign heads desperately spin like crazy (most recently Nicole Devenish on FOX) Looking at the polls it would seem like the race is a dead heat, but just by watching the 2 campaigns it seems like Kerry's people are bright, optimistic, smiling all the time. They see the REAL numbers, not the Strategic Vision/Mason Dixon/Quinnipiac and the Gallupish 39% repug 35% Dem type samples. You can see where this race is trending and it's not in the incumbents favor. Anybody stuck at a 46%-47% ceiling now is dead meat, and we're even seeing Kerry creep up to 50% in some Ohio/Pennsylvania polls, that's pretty much the death knell for Bush. Now when the hell can CBS release that big poll that shows us up 4-9 points in Florida? The Dems have a hop in there step, so I guess it jives with there internals.
of course we can't get overconfident, but it is nice to see the Dems as a well oiled machine and the repugs running around like chickens with there heads cut off.

2. No, I think they just lie. |
|
They lie all day long. Their parents lie to the kids, kids lie to the teachers, workers lie to their bosses, bosses lie to their employees... the paid talking heads lie constantly. I wouldn't be surprised if they were masters of self delusion.

4. No doubt. And the pundits are scurrying to climb on board |
|
just like they were on the bus the whole time. Lets just hope that there ate coattails for the house and senate.

5. Do NOT take your foot off the gas pedal |
|
or the throat of your local GOP, as the case may be.
We all still need to help John Kerry and the rest of the down ballot close the deal.

9. and Bush is pitching to Dems now... |
|
in ohio and wisc...truly desperate, when Rove earlier said they only needed rupub voters to show up. Plus, some of the radical religious right has peeled off - per LA Times today.
