How much of MOSH was edited for MTV?

3. I don't much care for M+M

but that was fucking great! I couldn't get the MTV version to play but I imagine that they watered it down until it was "acceptable." Assholes!

But there are whole scenes in the MTV video that are turned upside down and with a greenish haze. Including the woman's "you are evicted" notice.

Maybe I missed it because of that but I don't even think the bin Laden image was shown, unless it was in that upside down confusing scenery.

Not NEARLY as effective as the original imo.

I'm not crazy personally about all the black hoods and group think and mass amounts of males only gathering as is shown in the video.

But I think it's a powerful statement about people being so angry that they may well want to organize their own "militia" to fight against tyranny within their own government (loosely 2nd amendment rights without the assault weapons).

8. Seen it a TON of times

I have shown this video to everyone I can and I just watched the MTV version and the differences are very very small. The bleep out F bush, but you can still tell what he says and they blur him giving him the finger. Bin Laden is still there "noddin", as are the other powerful images, including the great articles shown in the opening sequence.

9. The "mass of males" are soldiers in Iraq

You can see the "Victory Arch" -- the hands holding crossed swords -- behind eminem on stage. Plus they're all wearing desert camo.

Of course not every soldier in Baghdad is male, but the image makes a little more sense in that context.
