Vote for Bush because he's Pro-life?
He oversaw the execution of 152 people (including one retarded person) as governor of Texas and didn't sign a single stay of execution.

He sent over 1,100 U.S. soldiers to their deaths in Iraq

He is responsible for the deaths of 15,000 to 20,000 innocent Iraqis

And let's not get into the increase in deaths due to the relaxing of rules by the EPA

Yet he believes in the sanctity of life! Give me a break.

10. Do you have proof of this? A link?
I'd love to send this to the right-to-lifers here at work. Actually, I probably shouldn't. I don't need to lose my job when I'm sure I'm not going to change any minds. These people are too bull headed (just like their leader) to think clearly.

3. You're so silly....
Those dead people don't count...Pro-life is only about life that isn't quite alive yet...Once born as a person there is every right to kill that person for any number of good reasons .

Hey too bad if one of our bombs accidently blows up a house and kills an innocent family...that's Sadaam's fault, not ours

6. That reminds me of George Carlin's rant
about Republicans and their so-called "respect for life." Carlin said:

"Conservatives: all in favor of the unborn. Anything for the unborn. But once you're born, you're on your own. Pro-life conservatives are obsessed with the fetus from conception to nine months. After that, they don't wanna know about you. They don't wanna hear from you. No neo-natal care, no day care, no Head Start, no school lunch, no food stamps, no welfare, no nothin'. If you're pre-born you're fine, if you're pre-school, you're f***ed."

13. You got it! Only the "pre-born" count!
Once that kid's out of the womb, he's on his own.

5. The odds of the President signing abortion legislation are nill.
Why don't people understand that? In the next four years, abortion won't come up in any realistic sense in the public discourse from the standpoint of new law that needs to be passed. It is a major issue politically and socially, but relatively speaking, it is NOT A MAJOR PRESIDENTIAL ITEM. These people who vote for Bush (or any other Republican) based on this one issue baffle me to no end, especially considering that Bush's only direct recourse would be to propose a Constitutional Amendment, and that will NEVER get passed. Voting for Bush because he is Pro-Life is like eating at a fast food place called "Guaranteed Disentary" because you really like the lettuce they put on their burgers.

8. I have figured out why he wouldn't stay Karla Faye Tucker's execution ...
... because as a FALSE born-again Christian, he knows how a person can learn the lingo, learn how to "ACT" like a born-again while the cameras are rolling, and really be an evil psychopath, like himself. Whether Karla's "finding religion" was genuine or not, only Karla and her higher power know. All I know is, because Bush knows you can fake it, he has no reason to trust it. So "fry her" became his mantra.

George Bush is an anti-life CRETIN.

F*ck you, America!

9. It's only when you're tiny & cute that Bush cares...
Grow up and he'll murder you like he murders everyone else, without blinking an eye.

12. He never cares
It's nothing but a hot-button issue to get stupid people to vote for him. It's just like the gay marriage thing. I doubt he could care less about gay marriage, but beating the bible over it won him the homophobic vote.

His mantra is "Get the ignorant to vote for me". He knows that's a majority base.

14. Pro-Life/Pro-War
Which is it going to be.

One of the networks (can't remember which one) ran a show the other day about faith and the candidates.
On the show they interviewed a priest who said it was tought for his people to decide because bush was pro-life but also pro-war. But would not acknowledging Kerry as a viable choice because he was for abortion and stem cell research.
The RW has done such a fine job of spinning the pro-life crap. and the Democrats have let it happen. I hope that the Democrats learn one thing this election, Every thing that is said by the repubes is rebuked by the Democrats. Stop being nice guys and hit back.
