MSNBC just showed a video released by the pentagon showing the explosives in question in flimsy cardboard boxes. Also showing a large white label.
There are two places on the KSTP video that shows what appears to be the same box. The first is in the background while the video is talking about "bags and bags", the second is a frame that clearly shows a large white label in Arabic.
