LAST MAJOR NEWS CYCLE BEFORE THE ELECTION! Predictions?
Today, being Thursday, is the last big news cycle day before the election.

If anyone has anything to put out for "surprises," it's either today or it's too late.

If you're going to do a surprise, you want the thing to be in the papers by tomorrow, on the news this evening, so talking heads will chatter away all weekend and people will discuss this at water coolers on Monday.

So, my question here is: what's your prediction?

Is there going to be another bombshell, so to speak?

Is there going to be nothing?

From whose side?

6. You're right, and I'm worried--you know Rove and Hughes are watching
the news cycle very closely, and, quite frankly, it's been in Kerry's favor the past few days. What can they possibly drop other than the capture of Bin Laden?

In our favor, can someone in the CIA or Pentagon leak something? You know they have stuff!

7. I agree, it has to be today
I don't know. There is the Explosives video, there's the "Russians did it" joke, the Russians' denial, etc. I think that the Pukes will spend today trying to muddy up the explosives story as much as they can.

I think if they had something on us, they wouldn't be pulling this pathetic terror-video crap, etc.

IF there are any additional surprises, they will be beneficial to Kerry -- but not necessarily from his campaign.

11. The media will try to make the people believe that
Bush is gaining ground, gaining strength, has "win" written all over him, blah, blah. Thus, don't bother to go out and vote if you aren't voting for Lord Bush. THAT will be the major news item. And, anything that could potentially derail Bush (like this MI video of their reporter and the now lost explosives in Iraq) will either be ignored OR 'debunked' (reporter really was not with the troops but filiming in downtown Minneapolis type crap).

12. Scott Peterson is acquitted
Shark attacks in Florida

Ashley Simpson lip syncs again

Oh, and the CIA report will be leaked about 9/11 as well as the explosives story exploding based on further evidence of administrative failures.
