3. If we give Arkansas and Iowa to Kerry, it's 316 - 222

If we give them to Bush it's still 303 - 235.

Either way, more than 300 electoral votes cannot be challenged no matter how much Rove would want to!

And this is Thursday before the election which historically is as high as the incumbent can go!
