They know the specifics of 400,000 tons but they don't know any details about 380 tons of missing explosives. They are blowing smoke out of their asses because they know no one will ask them to verify it. They will take their word at face value.

Now, they are saying the Russians were taking truckloads of weapons and explosives out of the country just before the invasion - perhaps to Syria or Iran??? Think about how illogical this claim really is. Their country is about to be invaded by America so they take all their weapons to defend themselves and hide them somewhere else? A logical person would expect them to bring weapons into their country - not take them out. Let's get rid of all our weapons so we have NOTHING to defend ourselves with... huh???

wants them to use their nuclear weapons so he can have as excuse to justify using our overwhelming nuclear weapons against them.
