Oct. 26-27 Democracy Corps poll: Kerry 49, Bush 46
http://www.democracycorps.com/reports/surveys/Democracy_Corps_October_26-27_2004_Survey.pdf

They've shown Kerry with a 2 or 3-point lead in every poll since the third debate; but this is the first time Bush has been at 46 percent. He's been at 47 percent in the prior surveys.

BTW, this poll had a very good track record in 2000.

1. I find it believable.
You can't trust the corporate media and you can't trust the corporate media polls.

3. Carville's polling operation.
This is good, because these guys are doing our internal polling to a large extant too.

If this is what our internal polling shows, we are golden.

6. How come we're golden?
In other words, how come this outweighs Gallup, Rasmussen, et al?

7. Track records
And as Teaser said, Stan Greenberg of Democracy Corps is working for Kerry, so this is a strong hint what their internal numbers are probably showing (although there's still much they wouldn't make public, obviously).

4. only thing that worries me is that among those who say they already
voted 49-34 percent voted for Bush the rest refused to say.
