Poll question: Who is working on their own or with grass roots for Kerry |
|
Out where I live, the Party is taking in money and doing nothing with it - as far as I can tell. I and others are printing our own literature, getting precinct lists directly from candidates (since the party seems absent on the issue of helping Kerry or any other Democrat get elected) and walking the areas where we think we can do the most good. For future elections, here, I think they should replace the party with the grass roots organizers. I am curious about how many others are using their own initiative to back Kerry and how many have a fully functional party that is coordinating a real effort.

We have our grassroots Kerry group. However, A4K is a part of our local coordinated campaign put together by the county party and local candidates.

The Utica MI office is great, my Kerry meetup guy in charge was great, and I do some stuff on my own, where I know I have some strengths.
