2. They are dead and they know it
They began trumpeting their internal polls today. You only do that when you know you're in trouble.

5. Kind of a weak ad. They aren't getting anywhere with that 87 billion
story, yet they keep it up to the point of utter boredom. They look stupid, because they aren't running on their record, only on a misrepresentation of Kerry's record.

6. Have they pulled the wolf ad? n/t
I don't live in a contested state. Can someone give me feed back on the wolf ad in their state(s). I didn't think it was very effective.

Script For "No Limit"

VOICE OVER:

Just when you thought there was a limit on what John Kerry would say, now he claims he'll always support our military.

The same Kerry who voted against 87 billion for our troops in combat in the War on Terror.

Against body armor, bullets and supplies.

The same Kerry who after the first attack on the World Trade Center proposed slashing America's intelligence budget.

Apparently there really is nothing John Kerry won't say.

PRESIDENT BUSH:

I'm George W. Bush and I approve this message.

:wtf: Go ahead and spend your money, W. Unless there are naked strippers with strap-ons in the visuals, this will have no impact on anybody anywhere.

It's all been said, over and over, since Kerry's nomination. He smacked you down during the debates on these very points. :eyes:

The same Kerry who voted against 87 billion for our troops in combat in the War on Terror.

Against body armor, bullets and supplies.

The same Kerry who wanted Americans to actually pay for the bill with your tax money.

But I would have sacrificed the body armor, bullets and supplies to protect your tax dollars. I would have vetoed the bill if Congress voted to pay for it.

PRESIDENT BUSH:

I'm George W. Bush and I approve this message.

16. Absolutely. What more can they do?
Are they going to push Bush's face onto the TV screen 24/7? I can predict what will happen if they do that. The remaining pool of undecided voters will vote for Kerry out of disgust. They will simply be too tired of looking at his asinine face, and listening to his immature, whiny voice.

It'll backfire, fools.

12. They are trying to recapture some of their Gore magic.
But the media aren't playing ball, at least not like they did in 2000.

You could see Bush reaching for it in the third debate, with his "That's one of those ... exxagggeeerrrratttionsss...." smirk. The Republicans started the "Gore is a liar" thing by accusing him of being a "serial exaggerator," and the media went along for the ride. Apparently they are being a little more choosy this time around -- even whores have their pride.
