Halliburton was the only contractor that could do the work if they got in on no bid contracts? The only way to be sure is to put it out on bid and see who shows up.

These guys think they can do anything after they squelched Dan Rather. I hope we see an explosion of news stories about this. They could put up every serial killer murder story on prime time television in a 2-week straight marathon and not have the sensation of what has been brought out today.
