A great friend of mine just got back from the Bush Show in
my hometown.....

She went because her boss is the republican state senator and they got tickets for all the people in the office. I have to say this about the Senator, he knows his whole office is democrat and didn't think anything of giving them all tickets to go and see the president. He wasn't forcing them either....

Just goes to show not all republicans are thugggggssss....

Anyway, she absolutely hated it, would have rather been working. She said someone asked her why she and the four or five other people around her weren't clapping for "W" (How cute they are) and she replied Because I am voting for John Kerry..."

The person then asked why are you here...

And she replied to see the president...

And the woman said no, you're just here to cause trouble...

My friend ending with this.... A republican State Senator gave me this ticket so I could see the president. He isn't afraid of letting democrats see the president, why are you......

Go Donna Go Donna Go Donna....

7. She said it sounded like he was fumbling
but that he hit his normal stride toward the end

TO, about 20-25 k....

Meaning the GOP, was saying 25, the media was saying 20.....

This is a big time GOP area, one of the only three in Cuyahoga County (Cleveland) and I know the MD.'s were passing out tickets like crazy to their staff to go becuase John Edwards is s trial Lawyer.... (My physical therapist told me her boss had about 50 ticvkets to hand out)

Anyway, she said the people were rude, even before she was questioned about her enthusiasm.....

But that is just Westlake, It's full people who make way too much money. Think Ballplayers. I'm no communist but it seems to me that there is way too much money floating around in the area with way too many people being left behind less than 20 miles away.

She also said it was all standard stump stuff, stuff she had heard on the news but that he was really riled up when he was trashing Kerry and that the crowd was almost "rabid" at that point.

She came away with a very bad taste in her mouth and asked me straight out, how can you liv with these people...

Note, a kid stopped at the stop sign out front of my house while I was out putzing. He saw my Kerry sign and yelled out GO BUSH... and I quickly answered BACK TO CRAWFORD......

The other kid in the car laughed .......

2. asking why aren't you clapping is probably what it was like in
Nazi Germany and not giving the Nazi salute

Why do these people continually need to be reminded that we live in a free country where dissenting opinions ought to and can coexist?

6. They are like an exclusive country club
with really tacky members. I have never heard of anyone claiming exclusive rights to a president based on party affiliation. But then this idea comes from the top down with this administration. Access is limited to members-only.
