Why are we not IMMEDIATELY replying to bush*
when he says the president must have ALL the facts before jumping to conclusions, referring to the missing weapons...Isn't this the pot calling the kettle black when you consider what happened with Iraq? George didn't follow his own advice when he jumped to conclusions from 'intelligence' that really did not support the case for war (as Uncovered points out, intelligence can really never be used as a case for war - its always too circumstantial). Instead of letting inspectors stay on the ground to get ALL THE FACTS, he kicked them out and told Saddam to disclose or get out. But disclose what? We found out after thousands of US and Iraqi deaths that he had nothing to disclose. THIS is the real result of the CURRENT presidents actions of 'Jumping to conclusions'.

4. Here's my question ...
Why do people jump on Kerry for not doing something he's already done?

Kerry's response came at the rally today at which Springsteen appeared. It has been a top story on Yahoo all day. It's also been posted here, several times. The Reuters story has the best headline, but several stories covered it.

Look around a bit before you criticize.

5. Kerry beat you by several hours, honey
sorry to burst your bubble. Kerry's rapid response team is starting to look like an All-star NFL defense. They practically shout out Rove's play book before they can get the play off.

Kerry's got MOOOOEEEEEMENTUM

BUsh, sad to say...just has Joe mentum

Kerry Uses Bush's Own Words to Call Him Unfit

MADISON, Wis. (Reuters) - Democratic challenger John Kerry turned President Bush's own words into a weapon on Thursday and said it was the Republican incumbent who had jumped to conclusions in Iraq, disqualifying him from being commander in chief.
. . .

In speeches in Madison and earlier in Toledo, Ohio, Kerry launched a withering attack on Bush over 380 tons of explosives that disappeared from an Iraqi military facility around the time of the U.S.-led invasion last year. He also chided his rival for invoking the memory of President John Kennedy and drew a contrast between the way Kennedy dealt with the bungled Bay of Pigs operation in Cuba and how Bush has handled Iraq.
. . .

Kerry threw the words back at the president during an appearance in Toledo, where he announced he was going "to apply the Bush standard" and declared: "Mr. President, I agree with you."

"George Bush jumped to conclusions about 9/11 and Saddam Hussein," he said. "George Bush jumped to conclusions about weapons of mass destruction ... George Bush jumped to conclusions about how the Iraqi people would receive our troops. He not only jumped to conclusions, he ignored the facts he was given."

12. Why have you not IMMEDIATELY replied to all the people...
in this thread who have pointed out that you were wrong about your criticism? Guess you didn't have all the facts before you jumped to conclusions about Kerry's actions.
