6. The Weekly Standard guy is right in part

Most people have acknowledged that Halliburton's
been getting no-bid American contracts in Iraq
and view Cheney's involvement as a conflict of
interest so the only interesting spin on this
is that a high ranking woman is coming forward
to actually testify to what we've all believed
for so long. It depends on if the FBI will reliably
investigate and bring charges again against
Halliburton or we'll have to wait for a viable
FBI and Justice Dept. again.
