How long will Bush people hav to challenge the Kerry/Edwards Nov 2, Win? |
|
..with the ruling on unlimited funds to recount, is there a lingth of time this election can be held up in lawyer litigation?
If Kerry is the winner and Bush attorneys contest it, will Bush still have to hand the Presidency over to Kerry in January?
Please tell me we won't have to wait for an official determination to move our President Kerry into the Oval Office.
How long can lawyers tie this up?

6. If they do, the new CIC will have the Army and their tanks. |
|
...at least what's left of them in the US. Don't you think the NRA's wagons will skitter away when a bunch of M1s show up?

7. It will depend on the state law of the state where results are challenged. |
|
I expect Bush to challenge the results of 3 or 4 states.

8. One thing learned in 2000. |
|
The constitutional deadlines are more important than WHO actually won. If there isn't time to count all the votes--too bad.
Of course it's ludicrous but that's the precedent that was set.

We don't let go. Not for one second.
That's one thing the Bush team did very well last time. They used the media effectively to make it look as though the burden was on Gore. That's why everyone was convinced that Gore should have conceded.
