In other Schilling news, 'Will he wave his bloody sock for Bush?"
Note: Verizon Wireless arena is a big venue for NH, I wonder if this is Bush's first "non-loyalty-oath screened" event?

====
The Union Leader has learned Schilling will appear with Bush at rallies at the Verizon Wireless Arena and at the Pease International Tradeport.

Schilling urged viewers to vote for Bush on ABC's "Good Morning America" program yesterday morning. The Bush campaign then quickly invited him to join the President in his final campaign visit to the Granite State, sources said. Schilling gladly accepted.

It is unclear if Schilling will be wearing his now-legendary bloody sock, which came to symbolize the Red Sox' dramatic run to their first World Series title in 86 years. But don't be surprised if he waves it to the crowd, or if the crowd waves mock bloody socks at him in appreciation of his courageous pitching performances during the playoffs and World Series.

Schilling made the unexpected endorsement of the President on the ABC program just as he and his wife, Shonda, wrapped up an interview with host Charles Gibson. "And make sure you tell everybody to vote," Schilling said Gibson, "and vote Bush next week."

5. I think people are taking this way too seriously.
Nobody is going to go into the voting booth and say, "Wow! Curt Schilling told me to vote for Bush, so I better do what he says."

10. By the way, notice how the "news" is scripting the event
"Don't be surprised if people wave mock bloody socks at him!"....as if that occured to anyone before reading the "news" article!
