Poll monitors (non-partisan) are being instructed to stay 100 feet outside of the entrance to the polling place. They may go inside at the request of a voter with a problem.
Lawyers are on-call, rather than being stationed at a site.

That was a question asked and answered tonight at my local Dems meeting. :)
