I don't remember CLinton abusing the system this way. I mean Bush can get the networks to run any speech by saying so (any president can) but this seems like an abuse of the system.

6. I think the more face time Bush has on TV the better it is for

Kerry. However, were he to Annice a major assault on Falluja, it might move many into the "let's be patriotic mode" and support the President. I'd like to think that Americans are too smart for that.
