1. Zogby talked about cell phone users on The Daily Show, didn't he?

Would have been nice if they'd thought of this shit, oh, say. . . MORE THAN A WEEK BEFORE THE ELECTION!

4. Problems with that

If you call somebody to poll them, you are doing something that costs them money, so they have to authorize the calls first. WHich means Zogby gets the cell numbers by asking people in his online applications for the cell phone numbers and it is easy to stack those sort of polls one way or the other.

Aren't there laws against this kind of thing? The reason being that cell-phone users have to pay the phone charges.
