KSTP reporter - 11:50 am CDT - dates were right (Apr. 18)
50 bunkers - entered 6 or so - soldiers amazed at amount of ordnance.

On April 18, the explosives were there, he says.

North and West side of complex, poorly guarded, civilians in area.

1. Says it would be naive to think area was secure
IAEA seals intact. they entered bunkers that had seals. Broke chains and seals to enter

Says a soldier went into a bunker and lit a match and had his clothing blown entirely off.

3. And the soldier who gave the press conference says April 13th!
He says he disposed of material, saw no IAEA seals, and it was on April 13.
