50 bunkers - entered 6 or so - soldiers amazed at amount of ordnance.
On April 18, the explosives were there, he says.
North and West side of complex, poorly guarded, civilians in area.

IAEA seals intact. they entered bunkers that had seals. Broke chains and seals to enter
Says a soldier went into a bunker and lit a match and had his clothing blown entirely off.

He says he disposed of material, saw no IAEA seals, and it was on April 13.
