18. THE BALLOON CRASH LANDED IN CENTRAL PARK

The men were arrested, allegedly did no thave permission to land. they allege they called Air Traffic Control and informed them it was an emergency landing and got permission to land.

this is going to be a fun weekend.

It landed due to a mechanical problem. No injureis, but the two pilots were arrested.
