By telling the truth about the Bush administration (corrupt, can't protect america, etc) Bin Laden will HELP bush, and he knows it, because he knows whatever he says will automatically be discounted by Americans as a lie. So by telling the truth he hurts the administration!
If it weren't so tragic for the country I would be rolling on the floor laughing right now.

Bin Laden is trying to help Bush.
I'm sure he has a connection to the internets and can clearly see that whenever a terror alert comes out, Bush gets a little boost.
