I haven't seen the tape... listening to Randi Rhodes now... bin Laden talked about what he was thinking when he came up with the plan... I know that in the months after 9/11 he claimed that he supported the attacks, but had nothing to do with them. Just wondering if this is the first time he has admitted culpability.

In any case... why hasn't he been brought to justice?
