And disgust that he, in his arrogance, feels he is in a position to stampede Americans into voting however Osama Bin Laden wants them to vote. Osama Bin Laden will never have the power to tell Americans how to vote. Not today, not ever."

"This election is not about what Osama bin Laden says, it is about what America says. However, one thing should be perfectly clear. John Edwards and I are both sick of these videotapes. We are sick of seeing them on our televisions along with the beheadings and other terrorist acts in Iraq. There is only one solution. The vision that I offer is one where we will resume the hunt to capture or kill Bin Laden that the President abandoned in the mountains of Tora Bora, and we will work to bring our allies back to the table so that we can create stability and democracy in Iraq."

Very shortly after the awful attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, George Bush, his arm around a fireman, promised he would soon make those responsible hear from us.

Three years later Osama bin Laden still walks free, and occasionally taunts us with recorded messages, and no doubt continues to plot against us. This alone is reason enough to vote for change on Nov. 2.

7. I think a good point of all this

is that Kerry is very smart. He has come back time and time again despite numerous times when people left him for dead. He won the primary when Dean was way ahead, he survived Swiftboats, he survived Sinclair, he came back from an 8 freaking point deficit. He does not strike me as the kind of guy who is saying "Oh Shit! What do we do about this". I am trusting that he is already gearing up to use this to his advantage and I cannot wait.
