Kerry should not bash Bush in response to OBL. Bush is no longer relevant. There's a new sheriff in town. This is now between Kerry and OBL. Kerry response should be "Osama, Bush let himself get distracted. I won't. You're toast."

Thanks for the feedback. Ive refined my thinking that message shoud come from surrogates. Like:

"We were reminded yesterday that, three years after 9/11, OBL is still at large. Well we've got a message for him:
"You've gotten off light the last couple of years but, come January, there'll be a new sherrif in town. He’s tough as nails, believe me, you're in for a world of hurt."
