of the tape, that OBL has a personal problem with the Bush's. And America, Afganistan and Iraq have gotten caught in their personal feud?

I strongly believe that 9/11 is a direct response to slomo and his evil crew.

All the Shah's Men
Book Description
Praise for All the Shahs Men

"Stephen Kinzers brilliant reconstruction of the Iranian coup is made even more fascinating by the fact that it is true. It is as gripping as a thriller, and also tells much about why the United States is involved today in places like Afghanistan and Iraq."
–Gore Vidal, author of Lincoln, Burr, and 1876.

"Remarkable, readable, and relevant . . . All the Shahs Men not only reads like an exciting, page-turning spy novel, it deals with the hard issues of today."
–Senator Richard Lugar, Chairman, Senate Foreign Relations Committee

"A well-researched object lesson in the dismal folly of so-called nation-building. British and American readers of today should blush with shame."
–John le Carré, author of The Spy Who Came In from the Cold
and The Tailor of Panama

4. As I've seen posted here before: Ding Ding Ding, we have a winner.
And while I may not be blushing, I feel so damn guilty for what we've done to those poor people over there. The parents who have had to dig their child out of the rubble and they find it missing parts of his/her head. There was one picture I saw of an Iraqi child, maybe a couple years old, missing one side of his head, part of it's shoulder, and most of it's arm. I'm sure many of you have seen the picture of the poor little girl with her feet blown off above her ankles. Well folks, The government of the United States of America did that. And let me say if I ever found my child like that I would never forgive nor forget.

These kids, the elderly, the women, they are the ones who are dying in such large numbers. If you didn't recall, let me remind you. Because of the eight years of war between Iran and Iraq, most of the male population were pretty young. A lot of men died in that fiasco. Another little American financed escapade. But that time we were playing BOTH SIDES.

This country, because of the people who have been running it for the last three plus years, have a lot of guilt to bear.

6. me too.
I keep finding myself crying over it all.. I can't believe that we went to Iraq after all the pain of Viet Nam..

I don't know if I will ever be able to forgive my govt for this. I've seen those photos and they haunt me. The shock and awe campaign made me cry aloud and sent shockwaves through my soul.

5. I think he said a couple times
that Al Q despises the way the 'infidels' take over their land and exploits their natural resources while oppressing their people, ie ~ the oil industry.

It makes me wonder if OBL isn't also still pissed about Shrub goosing him and the royal family on the Arbusto deal lo, those many years ago.
It may not be so much about the money, as it is about the fact that Georgie pulled a fast one on 'em and/or pulled a snakeoil sale on them.

7. He can't get any more cash from his family because of Weewee
They had to cut him off, so now it is harder for them to slip cash to him. This happened because weewee leaned on the family, and the House of Saud, to tighten up on the transfer of liquid assets, because a few sane politicians demanded that he do it.

Wouldn't you be pissed off if someone stole your cookies??
