Hope Kerry has Carville and other Clinton advisors |

3. The media and their spin |
|
Carville is shrewd and he knows how to turn the tables on them and beat them at their own game.

Kerry has BIG MO. Time for talk and spin is done. We SHOULD spend SOME effort to the spin the story but it really doesn't matter. We are winning BIG.
This is now all about GOTV. Bush could cut off Osama's head live on Fear Factor on Sunday night and it wouldn't change anything.
If you MUST harrass the media, do this: Cheney said the other day that if John Kerry had his way, Saddam Hussein would still have these weapons -- and of course, the weapons would still be under UN lock and key.
Well, Bush GOT his way and now that we have PROOF that OBL is alive, the explosives may be in OSAMA's hands.
So is Bush saying it is better for Osama to have the explosives and be on the run where he can kill Americans than it is for Saddam to have the explosives and have them constantly being monitored by the U.N.?

2. I think we're in the driver's seat right now |
|
There is no need to change anything. Osama is still alive, and Bush has still failed to solve that big problem. That's why Bush is going to be replaced.

4. Not to be mean, but weren't DUers trashing the Ragin' Cajun |
|
a couple of weeks ago for this whole Stewart flap? I like Carville--always have. I think he's a hell of a political brain and the quintessential progressive.

8. I didn't mention you specifically, I was making a point |
|
I was merely indicating that a couple of weeks ago (my memory's a bit hazy, so the time may be off) there were a bunch of threads trashing James Carville and Paul Begala because they reacted adversely to Jon Stewart's comments on Crossfire.
I'm glad to see that there are still some who like him, cause I always have and I was dismayed to see that a lot of us didn't.

7. LOL!!! What mess? The one the hardball panel says there is? |
|
Have you been watching any other news programs? Even Paula Zahn was kick ass in logic, backing Kerry tonight.
All the other news programs are runing the explosives story.
The only show that went crazy was hardball, as usual. And then you have al lthe hardball addicts comcing here thinking that everything hardball says is the gospel, lol.
