I can't believe Rove would think a tape reminding people that OBL is still running loose would help Bush. You'll note that, as of now, they have not raised the terra alert. I'm worried about what else Bushco will pull in the next couple days.

the tape changes nothing in that regard. The JK camp is already "out on a limb: in talking about OBL. BushCo wouldn't need the tape to help them in this regard.
