What is Fox News' angle on the OBL tape?
I've read at least two different accounts on this site about how Fox News personalities (O'Reilly and another talking head) have said that OBL was trying to help Bush.

That's NOT what I would have expected to hear from the Republican propaganda machine.

I'm curious what their angle is on this one.

1. It's all wack
OBL is too late if he is trying to run for office.

2. They want to get the American people pissed off and reactionary, so they
say "OBL isn't going to tell ME who to vote for" and then they go vote for Bush (even if they were considering/leaning Kerry) as a statement against OBL.

3. It's exactly what I expect
This reminds me of an old Star Trek Episode (old series) I Mudd.

"What?
He lied.
Everything Harry tells you is a lie.
Everything Harry tells you is a lie.
Listen to this carefully, Norman.
I am lying.
You say you are lying,
but if everything you say is a lie,
then you are telling the truth, but ...
you cannot tell the truth
because everything you say is a lie.
You lie -- You tell the truth --
But you cannot --
Illogical!
Illogical!"

Same scenerio here.

What FOX?
bin Laden is trying to help Bush
bin Laden is evil
How do I know he isn't trying to help Kerry by pretending to help Bush?
but but but.

FOX is playing us.
