This has been planned for months. The election has been already lost for Kerry, the only thing missing is the final computer-fiddling.
To give it legitimacy and explain the Kerry advantage in the battleground states polls, they'll say the Osama tape made Americans flock to the polls for Bush. The Repugnants are to slick and too dishonest, it's over.

How the hell could they have been planning this for months when the OBL tape referred to nearly contemporary events?
