What other tape is Fox talking about?

I really never watch fox, but as I passed through, they mentioned linking 'the two terror tapes' and that in Bush's upcoming speech he may mention an impending attack....lol...no other network is saying shit, and of course I dont believe a word fox says (I think they are just using it as an excuse to air some of Bush's stump speech...)

But anyways, I am just wondering what this 'other' tape is...

they were interveiwing a guy that said his student Adam was the guy in the 'terror tape' whatever that is....and that he was sad to see him involved in that or some shit...

IT HASN'T SHOWN IT ALL YET AND THE THING I READ MADE IT SOUNDS LIKE OUR GOV HAS A COPY AND IS ANALYZING IT.
SO I WORRY THAT THEY'LL SHOW IT IF THEY THINK IT'S GOOD FOR HIM. THEY MIGHT TRY TO HINT THAT IT'S SCARY OR SOMETHING. I DUNNO.

8. I watched something earlier,

I can't remember which channel. These days I flip back and forth a lot. Anyway, one of the speakers said that he believes that this tape is a warning, of sorts; that Al Qaeda will strike in the US before the election. He cited the tape from the American yesterday, saying that meant they were already here. He also compared it to the tape Spain received right before their election.

Could one of these tapes be what they are talking about?
