15. Gotta say this: despite my bias, my GUT reaction to seeing the OBL tape

as it aired for the first time on cable was: ANGER, extreme anger. Anger at that this mass-murdering Asshole was STILL running around after 3 1/2 years, that ALL the power of the US was not used to capture or kill this ANIMAL, that all the lives and money being squandered in the NAME of terror is still going on when the perpetrator of our national tragedy is free to mock us on video.

So, that was my first, un-spun reaction. I believe that many, many people probably felt the same way. I don't need some asshole on CNN or MSNBC to tell me what I think when I see that FUCKING TERRORIST making video presentations, free as a bird.

This may be (by the know-it-all pundits) a widely under-estimated response to this tape.

24. Zogby's polls are done during the evening.

While it is true some people who were called were probably not aware of the tape and that the Sunday poll will be an better indicator, the fact that Kerry gained a point shows that this is not the "death knell" some people here are making it out to be.
