... and more than a bit evil. Juxtaposing Kerry's photo with those of the attacks creates in people's minds the suggestion that Kerry was responsible.
Definitely a sly way of shifting responsibility. Things like this are why the very suggestible in this country believe what they believe, but are unable to articulate logical reasons for their beliefs. *sigh*
