shown as unable to catch that enemy, but this somehow is good for his campaign according to many. Supposedly this reminds people of how good *bush is at keeping us safe. Please someone explain this craziness to me.

5. It's good for Bush because everything no matter whether it is deemed

"good or bad" is good for Bush. The republicans are always confident that he is going to win and will use any tatic to that end without shame to through Kerry off balance. What democrats need to do is show some of that same confidence and not let a tape from a mad man scare the hell of them.
