Forget Bush. This is what I think Kerry should say ...

"My number one priority as President will be to protect the United States of America. I will not take my eyes off the ball. I will never waver and never rest. I will use every resource at my disposal to capture and kill the terrorists who attacked us on Sept 11 - no matter where they hide. I will restore America's rightful place of leadership in the world. I will rally and lead the world to fight this threat. Because the future belongs freedom, not fear. To our enemies, I say, "You will not prevail. You will not presume to threaten us. I will make sure that you are hunted and destroyed. Come January - your time is up."

Kerry should take this opportunity to bitch slap Bin Laden ....
